By accessing or using StudyBoost ("the Platform"), operated by StudyBoost Intelligence Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
You may use StudyBoost only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform to upload, share, or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Academic integrity is your responsibility. StudyBoost provides AI-assisted study tools to help you learn — not to circumvent academic honesty policies at your institution.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with our refund policy. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
The StudyBoost platform, including its design, software, and content created by us, is owned by StudyBoost Intelligence Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Content uploaded by users remains their property; by uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process and display it for service delivery.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyBoost Intelligence Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
